Yes. Every tier — including the free Starter plan — passes through model costs with $0 markup. You never pay a margin on top of the underlying provider token prices, so the plan price covers the platform, not the models.
Annual billing gives you two months free, which works out to 16% off versus paying monthly. Pro is $1,990 per year instead of $2,388, and Business is $7,990 per year instead of $9,588. Enterprise is invoiced annually with custom terms.
BYOK (bring your own key) lets you route through your own external provider keys. Starter includes 1 key with a 1M request/month limit, Pro includes 10 keys at 5M requests/month, and Business includes 50 keys at 50M requests/month. Enterprise BYOK keys and limits are negotiated.
Starter is free forever and still includes the core gateway: 150+ models, the auto-router, fallbacks, retries and load balancing, provider-native prompt caching, RBAC, budget caps and rate limits, plus 200K logs per month with 7-day retention.
Starter includes 200K logs per month with 7-day retention and a dashboard showing 30 days of metrics. Pro raises this to 1M logs with 60-day retention and adds distributed tracing and up to 10 alert rules. Business offers 5M logs with 120-day retention and up to 50 alert rules. Enterprise is unlimited with negotiated retention.
Starter uses community and documentation support. Pro adds email support with a 4-day SLA, and Business email support with a 2-day SLA. Enterprise customers get a dedicated Slack channel with a contractual SLA.
